Monday again… time to join the rat race (as if we ever leave) and tell to ourselves that there is a very good reason for not quitting our jobs and lead the life of a digital nomad or just simply nomad. Listening to the music on a car radio trying to stay calm even though it is f***ng murderous out there on the road where everyone is in a hurry and seem in a bad mood.
It’s the start of another week consists of days exactly like this one, dark when you leave the house and dark when you drive back home, dark when you go to sleep and dark when you wake up. Sometimes there are occasional moments when the sun does shine and it looks really good (especially in photographs) from behind the window you can almost let yourself believe that you can actually feel the heat radiating but soon will find out that it is nothing but a wishful thinking but still__ better than the standard dreary cold wet weather with plenty of strong wind.
But let us not spoiled the beginning of the week by being pessimist. God knows we need all the inspiration and motivation we can get to get through this week without actually murdering somebody whether it is that fellow who thinks he owned the road or a co worker who doesn’t want to cooperate, your boss who is always right, a difficult client, spouse who doesn’t want to have sex for weeks (doesn’t she know that lovemaking is good to calm the nerves and stay positive?) or your privileged children who think they are born Onassis or a Trump. Pick your choice.
Here is a quote to cheer you up…
Our everyday cares, making a living, the crazy rat race of life, often make us forget the value of a good deed. Thus, the goodness that exists within each and every one of us is covered with layer upon layer of indifference and unawareness. In fact, we almost have to be reminded of the fact that goodness is there inside us. – Shari Arison
…and may we survive yet another week without accidents. Take care and Good morning!
