Ms. Bebong,
I would like to think; that any advice I might give, is based on personal experience. In fact, most any advice you would really get from me. Is love yourself and the world. Universal love is most important. Hate may be conquered. Love yourself but not in vanity.
The body is your temple. Be careful, with what is put into it. Cheers Jamie.

Loving the world is no problem. Loving its inhabitants is a bit difficult though. I love fauna and flora, babies and nature in general. Loving myself is the hardest part.

Yes, some or our fellow human creatures. Are a real problem, to love. That is my challenge. Loving myself, is easier.
“Do unto others as you would have done unto you and love thy neighbour as thyself”. Is a big challenge. I am not a christian. Yet this seems to be the crux of what Jesus of Nazareth was trying to imbue. I’m not entirely sure he existed, to begin with. This philosophy was already preached by Zoroastrian followers.
I do try to follow the 4 noble truths through the eightfold path. Not successfully … still. To try, is what we can only do.
The Truth of Dukkha is that all conditional phenomena and experiences are not ultimately satisfying;
The Truth of the Origin of Dukkha is that craving for and clinging to what is pleasurable and aversion to what is not pleasurable result in becoming, rebirth, dissatisfaction, and redeath;
The Truth of the Cessation of Dukkha is that putting an end to this craving and clinging also means that rebirth, dissatisfaction, and redeath can no longer arise;
The Truth of the Path Of Liberation from Dukkha is that by following the Noble Eightfold Path—namely, behaving decently, cultivating discipline, and practicing mindfulness and meditation—an end can be put to craving, to clinging, to becoming, to rebirth, to dissatisfaction, and to redeath.
So there … according to Wikipedia.

To a point, I agree. Yet what that point is, would take a lot of explanation.
