Chaos

“I think that we’re all mentally ill. Those of us outside the asylums only hide it a little better – and maybe not all that much better after all.”

~Stephen King

I definitely agree with this. In case of doubts, look around… see what’s happening… watch the news… listen to your thoughts when you let it run around uncheck… there are signs everywhere… it’s difficult not to see…  What will become of us?

  1. Thankfully “a little bit crazy” produced most of the greatest artists, musicians and writers in the world. I always try to look on the brighter end of the “crazy” spectrum when I am getting that “What is going to become of us all?” feeling. Thanks for your thought provoking post! 🙂

    1. Fortunately there are those who tip the scale towards the other end to keep the balance, though they are becoming scarce these days and most of them are dearly departed but at least we have their legacy to keep us going. I hope it will be enough to keep some of us “sane.”

      1. I know back in the days when children at the age of 20 was the way to go. But at this time, to have a child so young there are bound to be obstacles.

      2. True, but at the same time, young people remain optimistic on the whole, while as we age we tend to see the world going in directions we’d rather it didn’t. My granddaughter’s now 5 months, I just hope she’ll have a world decent to live in.
